Every SegMax Segway undergoes a rigorous inspection process by our Segway Certified Technicians and may come with a warranty if it passes inspection.
Should a problem arise with your SegMax Segway during the warranty period, we will cover the cost of shipping the Segway back to our office and all parts and labor expense. NOTE: The warranty only applies to Segways returned in the same condition they were sold in and only applies to mechanical defects, not damage due to operator error.
